An Anirian ship sailed west. The typhoon season had ended, and travel past the Cortosi coast became reliable once more.
The ship, dubbed the Dragon Prize, proudly flew the flag of Vel Anir above the House Strand standard. Its destination: a small island on a map with supposedly some treasure that House Strand learned of. The noble house paid handsomely for both the ship and accompanying guard.
Along with the actual captain, a representative of House Strand took part in the voyage. The brigantine ship sported a crew numbered at 20 with cargo space available for any hauls discovered.
Along with the crew was a small platoon of guardsmen and a couple Dreadlords. Though, Dreadlord would be a strong word as one of them appeared to be Aelita – an Initiate close to graduation.
And one other person invited, or more ordered, to take part in this journey was Anirian Knight Sibylla Ka’nan.
