Following recent downpours and poorly timed maintenance on Elbion's canals, the city has seen an uptick in contracts for couriers, guides, and guards. Exporting goods by way of the Cairou River is still quite possible, but the faire on larger vessels ends up being more costly than our client is willing to entertain. A man of middling means, he has a letter to escort to the town surrounding Castle Selfinn located in the Aberresai Savannah roughly midway between Elbion and Oban.
Eir Vedrauga, adventurer extraordinaire, was an easy pick for the job. Short of stature and a fresh face to the city, she made a likely target for a bullied-down contract price.
With travel through the Savannah promising danger, surely it would be preferrable to assemble a caravan of ragtag adventurers. Each with their own goals and destinations, coloring the journey in merry company and conversation.
I'm looking for up to 5 friends to join in to see what mischief we might find on this simple adventure. If nothing else, I can promise that Eir's dragonhorse, Pips, is quite fond of head pats. Be mindful of the fangs though, he's still working on the finer points of control with the venom.
